Returns Policy

Online

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must email us at returns@bazar.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the goods, stating your reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

(Please note: Refunds apply to items bought online only and not to items bought in store)

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with our label and designer tags still attached. If any item appears to be damaged, soiled or in any way worn, then we will not be able to accept the return, and the item(s) will be sent back to you. This includes any boxes, or packaging that may come with your product (e.g. shoe boxes) as these are considered part of the product.

Postage for returns is at your cost, and at your responsibility. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage because regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Items being returned must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods - items received after 14 days may not be able to be refunded and will be returned to you. 

For returns on sale items bought online, we must receive the goods within 7 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase.

In store

Bazar does not offer an in-store refund policy, all items purchased in the store are bought as seen. If you change your mind after purchasing an item, we may offer a credit note or an exchange if the item is returned within 10 days, unused, and with all the original packaging. NB – we are not able to accept returns of earrings, swimwear or hosiery, unless the package is unopened.

 All sale items are final, with no exchange or credit note given.
